HAPPY GO LUCKY

our gardens weeks 5&6&7....

well the 1st photos are weeks 5 &6 as they are growing just great.

 

in the far right, one wittle Jalapeno plant popped up and then tomatoes, then the speading plant is cantaloupes, then watermelons.

 

the big bushy plants are Zuchanni's. I dont' know if we will this time around get much food from these as for some reason the bugs seem to be the only one now really enjoying them. GET Out Bugs!!! LOL

 

One wittle, wittle cantaloupe. Might be the smallest food garden we have had as of yet. Since we have lived on this land for 10 years, we had waited to have gardens for 5 years now. The last time we planted, we got, 150 Zuchanni's, 10 watermelons, carrots, onions, jalapenos, Cilentro, Tomatoes, Radishes but, we did have some problem with ground squirrels.

I got RAK again for the 18th time!!!!!{Wow}

Either it is the Ladies from the CE yahoo board, that are RAK attacking me or my Sweet SS. I do also have a Paint can sister and Let's escape Partner. My husband looks at each and everything I receive, if he likes to see it or not. LOL Are husband funny? and then says;Do you really need anything else? LOL But, he does say all these ladies are so nice!

Look what we got today!

Look at these beautiful Mallards with blue feathers so neat,  that came to our Nest! The one in the front is Muff, the girl and the one in the back is Puff, the Boy. 

{everyone has to have a name if they live here and get along.} 

Aren't they adorable? I am so happy! they are 2.5 months old.

I have the BEST Secret Sister Ever!!!!

she is so generous and such a wonderful person for doing this for me! I mean wow! take a look! Not one but, two packages were left on the chair by the door today while I was watering all the 70+ animals!

 

this was in the 1st package. I am thrilled so I can do some Disney pages as I had no clue where to begin! Our 12 year old and his friend,  went with our youth group yesterday for his second time ever to Disneyland and then Knotts Berry Farm! I have so many photos to Scrapbook from Disneyland etc.

 

Second Package, she made me this cute, adorable mouse box as I was thrilled just with the box, and then opened it and found this book, she made me. Oh wow!!!!!

 

 

Such a Lucky Duck I am{love, Love, Love Donald Duck and of coarse Everything} on that note, gotta go and pick up our 4 new ducks coming! Whoo-hoo, to my SS thanks again so very much! Sure sweet!

 

 

We have Air!!!!

What a big deal finally as today was the Hottest day ever! I think they said 114 but, I think it just got to 111 but, that was enough. Our air was lost with the lightening strike on Nov. 28th, 2008. We submitted a case with our insurance company and they FINALLY paid in the latter part of June and I just cried when I received it. As it was so touch and go with paying us, as our first air company were jerks and decided to give us our estimate  $back, the 2nd was the best, Norris Air.  Then they just had to make the check out to us and our mortgage company, so guess what, the Mortgage  company had to sign it and there it went to SD. Boo Hoo Then I asked if they could please over night it to us and we paid $23.98 for them to do so after 2 more weeks. . What a mess!

then we get the check and Bank Of America wants to hold the check for 7 days. We went to Chase bank and they cashed it, no problems asked. So, it was set to be put in today! A $6,000 unit installed for $2,000. Gosh, we are so darn happy, Blessed and now Cold. Thank you to the Good Lord above for keeping us safe when we had to go into the travel trailer to sleep and for protecting us against heat stroke when we were  in this house, at 108 degrees at times and for us not getting sick, and for our 6 dogs, to go into the travel trailer in the daytime to keep cool in their tender bodies, for that air to work and not quit!

Air guy named Martin! {I need a single friend to set him up with.} all installed this baby, a 4 ton unit. Oh my Huge!.

and then today when I woke up @ 5:30am,  Ruddy was on the house at 5am. Pretty Photo the the scene at that time of the Morning.{ I went back to sleep for a while since I went to bed at midnight though.}

 

Oh happy day today and for the rest of the summer in cool air! We can't seem to get out to of the house now but, Jesus and I ordered Pizza carry out,  again to Celebrate as Juan went to pay for a BBQ at Jose's house for all their help and others were coming also. We wanted to stay home.  LOL I didn"t even walk 1 mile today! Oh well I will make up for it tomorrow Sunday after church. I can't wait to sleep in my own bed! Good Night!

I surely appreciate your thoughtfulness today! And cuz i am so thought of I had decided to make those whom  RAK me a pair of sandalloons as a thank you gift. I just love to give and have sent out about 30 RAK's and never expecting this many back ever! Wow!!!!

Scrapbook Crop Night

Last Night, Myself, Shannon, Melissa, Donna, Tammy, Veronica, karen, Connie, Christa, all came out to Scrapbooks ETc. for a CE ladies Crop night. It was very fun and we laughed and worked, ate, and talked and worked and talked and talked, and WoRkED??? I don't think we really worked that much did work did we???

I just received my 16th RAK!!!!!

My RAK today is from Carol and she sent me some K and Company(my most fav brand ever) of cardstock stickers, bling bling giant pink and green flowers and gobs of flowers and bling, brads!

We lost STuffy!

Last night when Jesus went to do the feeding and watering of the game animals{now since it is HOT} we do this watering  3 times per day, he found stuffy dead and I cried, so sad. Poor hen. She was with us a short while after someone dumped her in the parking lot at KFC. she was 14lbs and really had a hard time walking but, really loved ME! We'll miss you Stuffy!
